Tech Against Terrorism welcomes three new members We are pleased to welcome Airbnb, Eventbrite, and Vimeo as the newest members of Tech Against Terrorism. We have had the pleasure to support them throughout their participation in the Tech Against Terrorism Mentorship Programme, and look forward to continuing to work with them to counter terrorist use of the internet whilst respecting human rights and freedom of expression. We will continue to support Airbnb, Eventbrite and Vimeo in strengthening each platform’s approach to countering violent extremism and terrorism online. In joining our membership, Airbnb, Eventbrite, and Vimeo have signed the Tech Against Terrorism Pledge. Our Pledge is based on internationally recognised norms and aims to promote responsible industry practices with regards to online counterterrorism efforts and ensuring that the protection of human rights and counterterrorism efforts are complementary and mutually reinforcing goals.
