Study finds sites that mislead, not flat-out lie, attract record share of Facebook engagements

The United Nations-backed Tech Against Terrorism said it’s accelerating the inclusion of Taliban content into its terrorism database, Protocol’s Issie Lapowsky reports. The move comes as the technology industry grapples with how to deal with the Taliban, which has seized control of Afghanistan and used sophisticated tactics on social media.
