This event is part of a series of webinars organised by Tech Against Terrorism. 

This webinar will focus on the proliferation of unofficial Violent Islamist propaganda outlets and how such networks exploit social media platforms, encrypted applications, and Terrorist-Operated Websites (TOWs). We’ll examine their strategic use to build support, recruit new members, incite violence, orchestrate guided and hybrid plots, and raise funds. Additionally, the session will address the challenges these networks pose to governments and platforms, and detail what TAT is doing to counter the growing online pro-IS threat.
