Press Release: Tech Against Terrorism Announces Collaboration with Exorde Labs

Tech Against Terrorism is pleased to announce a strategic collaboration with Exorde Labs to enhance global efforts in disrupting the terrorist use of the internet.

London, 08 September 2025 - We are excited to announce a new collaboration with Exorde Labs to enhance global efforts in disrupting the terrorist use of the internet

Through this partnership, Exorde Labs will support our intelligence capabilities by providing access to high-volume, real-time data that will accelerate our intelligence cycle. Our proactive open-source intelligence (OSINT) provides multi-sector stakeholders with timely insights and guidance to support proportionate responses to evolving terrorist threats online. With Exorde’s support, we will further enhance our ability to turn raw data into actionable insights and effective incident response. Their advanced data collection infrastructure will enable us to more rapidly identify emerging threats, narratives, and trends as they unfold across the digital landscape.

Exorde Labs has developed the most powerful social media data collection capability in the world. With a globally distributed infrastructure, they process billions of posts in near real-time, across all languages and from thousands of public sources. Their data empowers social listening, cyber, OSINT, and security organisations in their crucial work. Tech Against Terrorism is proud to support Exorde Labs in promoting innovative OSINT solutions to strengthen national security capabilities.

This collaboration marks another step forward in our mission to prevent terrorist exploitation of the internet.

Adam Hadley, Executive Director of Tech Against Terrorism, commented:

"We welcome Exorde's support for our mission to combat terrorist use of the internet. As new AI-driven techniques for understanding data at scale are developed, innovative products like Exorde's will be vital for deepening understanding of the online landscape and addressing threats. I applaud the extraordinary efforts of Exorde to develop novel, distributed, open-source intelligence methodologies that can and should be used by governments to understand the harmful content online. It is high time that OSINT is taken more seriously by the national security establishment, and Exorde is a good example of a capability that should be used.”

Tristan Palmer, Director of Exorde Labs, commented:

"We are proud to assist Tech Against Terrorism in their crucial work. Social media and the wider conversational information environment is a major carrier for the hybrid threats we all face. Our data at scale, in real-time, enables organisations to analyse narratives and signals to keep us safer. Tech Against Terrorism is a critical organisation that recognises the importance of OSINT, and I join Adam Hadley in calling on governments and national security organisations to coordinate to centralise their use of this data to increase their control of, and abilities in this environment.”
