Tech Against Terrorism is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Videntifier to enhance the detection and response capabilities for illegal online content.
London, 18 August 2025 - We are excited to announce a strategic partnership between Tech Against Terrorism and Videntifier to enhance efforts to combat online harms through the Terrorist Content Analytics Platform (TCAP) and the Nexus Platform.
The TCAP is a tool powered by Tech Against Terrorism, designed to track, verify, analyse, and alert terrorist content across the Internet. It combines the Threat Intelligence expertise of Tech Against Terrorism with advanced AI to detect, collect, analyse, and action terrorist content. Through our hash-sharing capabilities, we have created a database of over 200,000 hashes of encrypted terrorist media, collected from known sources of terrorist content, which platforms leverage to deconflict against user-generated content on their site.
Videntifier has developed the Nexus Platform, which uses advanced content and media hash-sharing technologies to help online platforms and law enforcement agencies quickly identify, monitor, and remove illegal material.
Through this partnership, users of the Nexus platform will now have access to Tech Against Terrorism’s database of hashes of terrorist content. This is the first example of aggregating terrorist content hashes with those from other harms categories, providing a more comprehensive tool for identifying and responding to online threats. This collaboration will strengthen organisations’ ability to meet regulatory requirements and combat harmful content across platforms.
The Nexus platform will act as a unified hub, simplifying the aggregation of hashes from multiple sources for improved operational efficiency.
Adam Hadley, Executive Director of Tech Against Terrorism, commented:
