We operate at the frontier of the internet, leveraging investigative approaches and tools to track and respond to online terrorist networks.   Terrorist actors are adept at exploiting emerging technologies, adapting their tactics, and maintaining an online presence despite counterterrorism efforts. We encourage resilient and human rights compliance online counterterrorism policy responses. We provide policy-advisory services to tech companies to develop effective risk mitigation strategies against terrorist exploitation of their services. We advocate for legal responses to terrorist use of the internet that are evidence-based and consider the diversity of the tech sector, and we facilitate discussion between policymakers and  tech platforms.
